Cannabis Trimmer Hayat Laboratories is seeking an EXPERINCED Trimmer with prior experience in the cannabis industry. We are seeking a hard-working, dedicated, punctual and efficient individual with a great attitude to join our growing team. The Trimmer will be responsible for trimming cannabis plants in an effective manner while also meeting a series of trimming objectives for an 8-hour shift. The Trimmer must be a responsible individual who can reliably make it to work each day, stay motivated and productive doing a repetitive task and be a strong team player ensuring the entire team hits their daily/weekly and monthly goals. Responsibilities *Trim cannabis plants into sellable product, minimizing waste while also meeting production/quality goals and departmental quotas. *Learn and apply different trimming techniques based upon the unique properties of each plant; applying either a wet, dry or hand-trimming technique as appropriate. *Work both independently and as a part of a team to hit not only personal goals but also team goals. *Effectively manage personal time to ensure optimal productivity. *Identify and communicate issues with plants to Trim Manager, as needed. *Minimize waste created through the trimming process. *Accept regular feedback and quickly implement new strategies and processes as directed. *Maintain a neat, clean and tidy workspace. Requirements *1+ years of trimming experience. *Must be 21 years of age or greater to apply. *Must be able to pass a background check. *High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
