Need a solid, reliable, and competent handyman to help with a few home repair projects -- as I've run into some health issues that prevent me from tackling them myself. (Plus I'm only so handy to begin with.) Projects include:
* fitting some missing pieces of wood trim (it's a Victorian with elaborate trim; missing pieces will need to be close but not exact matches);
* adding some supports to the floor beams in the basement;
* a little cement work on our basement floor (a patch of about 10 sq ft)
* piecing in a section of the sill in our basement;
* replacing a door (frame and all);
* a couple other odds/ends.
