Hi, my company builds Basketball Hoops Inground. 2 Step Process - I Supply all Tools, you just need Transportation to and from Claredon Hills. Step 1. Dig hole (3 feet down), pound in rebar, mix and pour cement. We dig down 3 - 3.5 feet. About 12 - 80lb bags of cement. Step 2. (About 3 days later) we build the Hoop. These videos explain it all. 1. You will need a Shovel, and something to mix cement in and a baby sledge to pound in rebar. You will also find a place to throw the dirt around the property. Owner will supply hose for water to mix cement. You will also make a wooden square for the top of the base.
