ALSIP Crate builder/machine and wood shop Peterson Electro-Musical is a world leader in the design and manufacturing of electronic and electro mechanical equipment for the music industry. Founded in 1948 and still family owned today, we have an outstanding reputation in our field and are now looking for a production worker to join our team. Various tasks will include but are not limited to operation of wood and metal working machines, and some assembly of small devices. Experience with circuit board board assembly and some familiarity with component identification would be a plus. Must have the ability to safely perform basic carpentry duties, have a general knowledge of related power tools, and have an excellent work ethic. This position offers a 40-hour work week Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:20pm in a pleasant work environment. Competitive pay and full benefits are included.
