Music Garage Solo Practice share sublet

I will be subletting my solo practice space (in a drum share room) at the Music Garage starting around 11/1/21 I use it for guitar and flute practice. It's possible to fit a drum kit in my area (the room had 4 drum kits usually) but my corner of the room (8'x7') has a pillar so it's a bit tight for a drum kit but it has been done. It would be ideal for a guitar player bass player or any solo instrument trumpet sax etc... You will have 24 hour access to the room (based on availability which is via Google calendar) you will be the only one in the room during your scheduled time (usually in block of 3-5 hours) and if you have an electric instrument you can turn it up as loud as you want. I am not sure how long the sublet will be this can be discussed but most likely for 3-4 months. Rent is around $250 a month (I say around because they are changing the rate this month and I don't know it yet) you will sign a sublet agreement and need to put down a 1 mo deposit. Everyone is great here we leave all our gear in the room and it's been safe. So we're looking for an honest musician who appreciates the golden opportunity to practice at the Music Garage and who will be not only trustworthy but a good roommate (being courteous and concerned for your neighbors).
