Need 1-2 people.
1: fix 2nd floor roof - flashing near vent pipe to prevent rain water leaking (you will bring your material and ladder). ($50-$100). And also possibly another leak (extra $ for that).
2: need labor for 2 hours to pull out weeds and clean/sweep the small front yard ($12-15/hour)
3: need HVAC technician who can open up the fan area of the blower, take out water and dry out the unit. (Got flooded in the storm) ($25-$50)
