A luxury high-rise condominium in Tampa is seeking a part-time maintenance professional to perform a wide range of duties for the Association. The hours are 7 am – 11 am, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Repair services, including painting/stucco repair, installation of small items, removing appliances, replacing parts and other duties as needed. Pressure washing. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the property. Maintain the garage area (blow out dirt and leaves, clean up oil spills, etc). Must be able to lift 50 pounds. The successful applicant must have proof of COVID vaccine or provide proof of negative test on a weekly basis and must pass a background and drug test.
