A luxury high-rise condominium in Tampa is seeking an individual to clean the common areas of the building. This is a full-time position with benefits available after 90 days. Applicants must be willing to fill in for the front desk concierge when needed and may be needed for occasional weekend work. The ideal applicant will have experience with condominiums, be able to communicate in English, and should maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor. Responsibilities include: 1. Main Building Interior: cleaning bathrooms, lobby, hallways, library, kitchen, gym, office, security desk, mailrooms, and elevators. 2. Association Clubhouse: cleaning the clubhouse, kitchen and bathrooms. 3. Guest Suites: thoroughly clean suites after each use, including cleaning bathrooms, replacing towels, and re-making beds (used towels and linens to be washed, folded and stored for next need). 4. Parking garage and exterior: spot clean garage floors, empty garbage and cigarette receptacles, clean textured floor at entrances, remove spider webs from garage ceilings, corners, and lights. 5. Recycling: empty recycling bins from each residential floor and take to dumpster room. Starting rate of pay $14/hour. The successful applicant must have proof of COVID vaccine or provide proof of negative test on a weekly basis and must pass a background and drug test.
