Woodworking with Guitar

As seen in the pictures above, the machine heads on my guitar have protruding screws and the screws will not budge. I've tried drilling and screwdriving the screws in further, but am afraid to continue at risk of damaging the guitar. I'm seeking somebody who is experienced in woodworking who can bring the screws (in pictures) flush with the machine heads without damaging the guitar. Asking $50 for the job.
