Description: This position is responsible for screening, triaging, capturing, and adjudicating claims requests. The individual will be assigned to one or many of the various functions of our coverage validation process which ranges from initial coverage screening to capturing service reports from our contractors and making claims decisions. Responsibilities: • Prioritize and multitask efficiently with high volume tasks • Embrace the commitment to customer service and nourish company loyalty • Apply high-quality customer service guidelines and policies • Effectively manage incoming calls • Assists customers Coordinate repair to various home Systems • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: - Prior Customer service experience is preferred - Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written are essential. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask - Functions well in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. - Able to learn and work independently and exhibit ownership as well as in a team environment - Must have good communication skills - Must be computer savvy - Positive attitude with a customer-service orientation Company Description: Home service company proving extended coverage on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical in business for over 14 years with locations in Brooklyn NY, Mahwah NJ, and The Woodlands Texas.
