Melendez Electric, Inc is presently seeking a professional and dedicated licensed electrician and/or apprentice electrician with at least 2 years of experience to be part of our exceptional team. The candidate for this position must have the following qualifications: • Must be a Licensed Electrician in Massachusetts or with at least 2 years of experience • Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations • Commercial and residential experience • Ability to travel often extensively and sometimes without notice • Reliable & Personal transportation required • Clean and valid driver’s license • Must own hand tools • Ability to read plans and specs • Document all work locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment • Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekends About the Company: Boston based electrical company is seeking a licensed electrician or apprentice electrician with commercial and residential experience to join our team. Our ideal electrician has to have a good track record for being reliable, having a good work ethic, and a professional customer service attitude. We are looking for someone who has a valid MA electrical license, dependable vehicle to get to and from work, standard tools, ability to work 40 hours or more a week. Pay is based on experience and background. OSHA 10 card and New Hampshire license are preferred but not required.
