I pay by check only. 10 years experienced or more. You need to bring lunch and break snacks and leave the phone and drama at home. Or at least in the car. Trust me when I say I want you to be the guy that makes a bunch, but until you can prove that you can paint, prep and move and progress the job, it's 15 to 18. Yeah, there's room for 10 plus more for the right person. Again, no cash.
