POST HARVBEST TRIMMER PACKAGING DEBUDDING at Cannabis cultivation operations. Must be 21, and pass a background check. Hard and Tedious REPETITIVE work in enclosed windowless facility; small company. • Take direction from the Post-Harvest Team Lead • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Clean and reset all equipment • Ability to follow standard operating procedures for the harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork. The Post-Harvest portion of the operation handles all responsibilities after the Cultivation teams hands over harvested plants. The team will ensure the harvested plants are properly dried, batched, trimmed, cured, packaged, and shipped off to the client. The Post-Harvest assistant will focus on quality rather than haste. Duration of shift include standing or sitting for long periods of time. Hours of operation Monday Through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be times when overtime is available.
