**NOW HIRING Debris Monitors for Mandeville** Hiring event tomorrow 9/4/21 from 10am-12pm at Paul D. Cordes Park (3101 E Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70448) **MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ALSO ATTEND TRAINING FROM 1pm-4pm** Must Have Valid Current Driver’s License Daily Access to an Automobile Valid Current Automobile Insurance Smartphone $13.00/hr Straight Time; $19.50 Overtime Work Schedule 6/7 days Per Week, 10-12 hour days Description The Debris Monitor position is responsible for observing and documenting a storm debris pickup operation on a roadway. The Debris Monitor travels in their personal vehicle behind a debris hauler truck that picks up the roadside debris. The Debris Monitor observes, takes notes and takes photographs in a smartphone application or on paper to document the pickup activity. The Debris Monitor is responsible for making sure the pickup is being performed in accordance with training and guidelines. The Debris Monitor submits their report from each pickup location and travels with the hauler to the next pickup site.
