LUNCH TIME GIG FOR STREET FOOD KIOSK IN MIDTOWN We have run a popular South Asian street food stand at Smorgasburg /Brooklyn flea/Queens Night Market etc. for many years and are looking for a crew member to cook Roti’s on the griddle (not complicated) in mid-town. It is literarily a lunch-time gig for a couple of hours and runs the month of September. What we offer - $20/hour and tip money for about 2 hours per day from Noon to 2 PM - Starts next Tuesday (09/07), runs from Mon-Frid and gig ends 09/30 - A great freaking lunch Ideal candidates would have - Restaurant or kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment. - A sense of humor (you need it to deal with New Yorkers) and the gift of the gab (for the bemused tourists) Please reply with a few lines on why you are interested and be able to do a short interview this weekend.
