We are hiring Porters to join our Team! Hablamos español Position Summary Responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance of assigned area with specific building. Specific task are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below: Job Requirements • Complete daily tasks per schedule • Clean, disinfect and maintenance common area parking lot, sidewalks, dumpster area, others. • Remove trash from exterior of building and on property • Follow all safety rules • Responsible for equipment maintenance • Complete special projects as determined by Property Manager • Confident, assertive, flexible, team oriented and professional. • Customer oriented and committed to 100% customer satisfaction. • Fill out daily reports • Ability to lift 40 pounds • Be able to spend long hours on your feet • Ability to climb stairs • Ability to climb and work off ladder • Have reliable transportation • Have working smart phone • Be willing to use time tracking system on your phone Work schedule Monday - Saturday 7am to 2pm *********************Background Check Mandatory************************ We offer: Salary $13 per hour based on experience and reference Bi-Monthly payment (2 x per month) Direct Deposit Weekend work available Apply today calling 954-607-8088
