Job Description: Illumination FL is seeking a qualified landscape lighting installation tech to assist with the daily installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscape lighting systems. Ideal applicants will be experienced with both high voltage and low voltage components, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Daily start time is 8AM, M-F. 40 hours per week, however weekly totals may vary depending on job complexity, and overtime will be paid if an excess of 40 hours is reached. Qualified candidates MUST BE trustworthy, able to work independently, and dependable. Job Responsibilities: • Trenching and burying wire • Running cable • Tie-in lighting fixtures • Mounting and wiring transformers • GFI installation • Timer / photocell installation • Testing components to ensure system is working properly Job Skills Requited: • Familiarity with high and low voltage lighting • Knowledge of how to properly install and wire light fixtures • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems • Working knowledge of electrical installation best practices Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and bend over while digging, burying, and installing wires and fixtures • Must be able to work and in all weather conditions including rain and heat • Ability to move, lift, and work around outdoor obstacles including existing landscape and hardscape Benefits: • Pay increase review after 90 days based on performance • Paid holidays after 90 days • Paid vacation after 1 year • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Available • Weekly pay • Stable company with over 15 years of experience • Work shirts provided at no cost Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15-$17 per hour Language: English (Required) Valid Driver’s License Required Able to Pass a Background Check
