Job Description Home Automation Lead Installer Small, fair-minded company looking for someone to be reliable, work efficiently, and little supervision as possible. We need a LEAD tech that fully understands custom home theaters, digital surveillance equipment, lighting controls, smart home technology, shading, and all things low voltage. Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Hame Automation Industry and be able to provide references from the previous employer. You'll note that this position is for a LEAD tech; that means not only will you have to know what you're doing, but you'll have to be able to organize other team members to work with you to accomplish objectives. This opportunity is for the short-term, with the possibility to become a permanent employee in the company. Success in the AV trade, as in any other, requires lasting commitment, and this opportunity is not for those who are simply looking for a job for the time being.
