Gather your friends - or plan a romantic date night - at this beautifully restored 1902 Scandia farmstead. Opened as a wedding venue and vineyard in 2017, Redeemed Farm has been a labor of love for owners Julie and Jeff Gacek. Meet the owners and tour the farm, starting with a welcome reception by the barnyard fireplace, including appetizers, cash bar, and music with Scandia's own Prairie Anthem. Take a self-guided tour of the the beautiful vineyard, the timber-framed 1932 barn and Machine Shed, the French-inspired Bridal Cottage, the warm and welcoming Groom's Quarters, and the cathedral-ceiling Historic Barn. A plated dinner by Lake Elmo Inn will be served in the barn's Lower Reception, followed by an old-fashioned live farm auction - a fundraiser supporting Scandia Heritage Alliance projects. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Local historic artifact collector Mark McGinley will be on hand to share artifacts and stories from the early settler days of Scandia-Marine. Reserve individual tickets for community dinner seating - or purchase a private table for 10 guests. RECEPTION WITH APPETIZERS & CASH BAR: 5:30 - 7 pm DINNER & LIVE AUCTION: 7 - 9:30 pm DINNER SELECTIONS: Choose from the following dinner options: Montrachet Stuffed Chicken: Chicken breast stuffed with asparagus, goat cheese, roasted tomato, and topped with red pepper cream sauce. Braised Short Ribs: Served with mixed vegetables and fingerling potatoes. Salmon Ravida: Fresh herbs and shallots top this filet along with Ravida Estates extra-virgin olive oil. Butternut Squash Ravioli: House-made pillows of pasta stuffed with butternut squash topped with brown butter, fresh sage, and parmesan cheese. COVID GUIDANCE: We ask that unvaccinated individuals wear a facemask at this event except while eating. If you order individual tickets, dinner seating will be mixed groups at tables of 10 or more. If you order a ticket for a table of 10, you will have a reserved separate table for your group of 10.
