As we navigate these trying times, the gravity of our realities can take a toll on our lives, leaving us jaded, discouraged, and unmotivated. It is through the Power of Alignment, Faith, Prayer, Meditation, Synergy, Healthy Exchanges, and Finding Purpose and Meaning within the chapters of our stories, that we are able to change the effects that our tribulations have on our lives.
