Seeking haul of small concrete pile

I have a small pile of concrete and broken brick that I would like hauled away. It is easily accessible as it is adjacent to a public sidewalk. Small pile easy to fit into a small pickup. All pieces are able to be lifted by hand. Request that person hauling finds responsible disposal site for this rubble.
