The LAB and LOVE Festival is a free community event held annually in WDC that promotes holistic wellness to improve ones personal health! HEALTH! FITNESS!  WELLNESS! Make Saturday, September 18, 2021 a day of health and wellness, as we transition traditional fitness into authentic fun in Washington, DC! The LAB and LOVE Festival is for all communities, all ages, and for everyone looking to live a healthy lifestyle—those who want to start but do not know where to begin; those in the pause, start & stop group, and those who irritate groups one & two, LOL!Vendor Instructions...Venue is indoorsFestival will run from 9am-1pm Vending space will be one 6 ft table space Vendors will need to provide their own supplies.Vending fees $33 for Health & Wellness Vendors$36 for Merchant Vendors$45 for Beverage Vendors $45 for Food VendorsFree for Info Booth (no selling of products)-Vendors must arrive by 730am on festival day for load in and set up -Vendors are required to vend for the entirety of the event -Vendor parking is not available on site. Street parking and some space available. *If you are late you will not lose your spot but first come, first served. Registration closes at 11:30pm on Friday, September 10, 2021!  Vending FAQs Are there restrooms on site? Yes, there are two (2) individual restrooms on site.How many tables if any are provided to vendors? Vendors must provide their own tables and any other equipment needed for the festival.  You are allowed an 6 ft table space to use as you like.What happens in the case of inclement weather? The festival will still take place. The venue is indoors.  Are there any electrical power sources, or would we have to rent a generator? The venue has electrical outlets for use. Are propane tanks allowed on the premise?  Only electric appliances and electric grills are allowed on the property.  Food can also come from a food cooler and a generator can be used for electrical purposes.NO CASH ON SITE. Vendors will have to use CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, etc. for payments.
