Eli Katz, winner of the ‘Best Research Advancement’ award presented at the Psychedelic Science Conference, in May 2021 at the CBD Expo Tour - Mountain, will speak on utilizing mushrooms for mental and physical health care, cultivation, and culinary uses. Eli will lead the day off with a workshop about growing mushrooms - all types - psychedelic and garden variety edibles. He will also give some great gathering tips, and explain the legal aspects of possession and consumption. Brigitte Mars is an herbalist and nutritional consultant of Natural Health with over fifty years of experience. She teaches Herbal Medicine at Naropa University, and The School of Health Mastery in Iceland. She has taught at Omega Institute, Esalen, Kripalu, Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Arise, Envision, Tribal Visions and Unify Festivals, and The Mayo Clinic.
