This is a custom Mediation Training designed with Longmont Restorative Justice Partnership (LCJP). This provides a background in Restorative Justice based meditation and requires a year long commitment to participation in the BHC Mediation system. The BHC has a list of mediators who are called upon to assist in conflicts happening at other houses. This has been an extremely useful tool for working through stuff that might otherwise escalate or become unmanageable. It has been used numerous times by each house in the last year and we are so pleased that people are finding this to be a helpful option for resolving conflicts! In order for this to continue being offered, we must populate the mediator list with new mediators every year. Because of this, we need at least two members from each house to RSVP for this training to be held. This course is capped at 16 don't miss the chance to work with the top RJ trainers in the state. Training from the Longmont Restorative Justice Partnership. Facilitated by Jessica Goldberg. Jessica Goldberg has been the Volunteer and Training Coordinator for LCJP since 2015. She brings her zeal for welcoming people to the field of Restorative Justice through community outreach, volunteer recruitment, and training. From introductory to advanced skills, Jessica trains people through all levels of Community Restorative Justice and Mediation.
