The pain of loss can feel overwhelming, affecting our lives in various ways. While there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy coping techniques you can learn to help you in processing grief, so you may begin to heal.
The intention of this workshop is to encourage participants to practice self-care by building a supportive community, incorporating physical movement and learning to develop compassion for oneself.
Justine will lead participants through a beginner friendly yoga class followed by a guided meditation. Through an open-discussion, this workshop will also provide you with an opportunity to recognize how grief is impacting you. Though sharing will be encouraged, it is always voluntary. Space is limited! Please bring a yoga mat. Ticket price includes a glass of wine to be served after the workshop.
