General pool care of residential pools including chemical monitoring and adjustment. • Clean and maintain pools and spas in a detailed manner to ensure each are clean and in proper working order. • Maintain accurate logs. • Add the proper chemicals as needed. • Address all issues or concerns related to pools/spa in prompt, efficient manner. • Other custodial or maintenance, including preventive maintenance, duties as required. • Completion of assigned work orders or projects in a professional and timely manner. • Organize daily assignments and work independently. • Excellent communication skills. • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members. • Must be at least 21 years of age and have clean driver’s license.
