A hands-on forum for learning and discussion focused on accessible trails principles with opportunities to ride adaptive mountain bikes.
Join us for a demo of adaptive mountain bikes and an insightful forum for learning and discussion between trail professionals, land managers, and other trail community members and adaptive sports professionals, and trail users to educate on basic universal design principles for building accessible trails. Adaptive recreation equipment has come a long way in the past few years and our trail designs need to catch up. It's time to think less about creating a separate trail system for adaptive cyclists and more about making small changes to our existing trails to make them more inclusive for all.
