I need someone who can build a PVC Fence to go in my yard as a Halloween Prop. It needs to be 6ft tall. I can provide materials, but need someone who has their own tools to construct. I would like to know how much you would charge to get this done. The measurements are approximately 20.5 ft x 22 ft x 8ft May also have other projects once this is done.
