Join us for an Oktoberfest celebration and learn the sausage-making process! Chef Ched Pagtakhan will teach you the sausage-making process from start to finish! Recipes will be centered around Oktoberfest offerings and will focus on proper seasoning, grinding, stuffing, and cooking techniques. Participants will get to enjoy a sausage platter after the hands-on portion, complete with giant pretzels, mustards, and free beer, FestBier from Shannon Brewing Company (21 years+ only). All participants will also get to bring home the sausages they make in class. For ages 16 and older (attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the class). Attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
