Our PNO parties are fun, safe and carefully supervised by our certified instructors, with amazing karate drills, fun exercises and awesome karate demos! Parents, this is the perfect way to share the Martial Arts and introduce your children who may be shy about trying the martial arts, as they often feel more secure in a festive environment with lots of friends. So remember not only are our Parents Night Out a lot of fun but they will be very educational as well, covering coordination, fun drills and games and self defense. Please have your child wear loose, comfortable clothing and remember we will not be wearing shoes. Bare feet or socks only please.
