Come help out the lobby team at the Michael W. Smith Forever tour, and get to see some of the show for free! AGE REQUIREMENT: 18+ TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased a ticket to the show already, please note that you will not be able to watch the entirety of the show if you decide to volunteer. There will be no refund for your show ticket. If you would like to watch the entire show, we would ask that you do not sign up to volunteer.Volunteers, unfortunately, will not get a meet and greet with the artists.OTHER VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS: -Age 18+ -Fluent in speaking English -Able to stand for long periods of time -Comfortable with crowds and questions FAQ’s: Q: Can I volunteer for the lobby and Food for the Hungry at the show? A: NO. Although we are so excited for your desire to serve, service times for these volunteer positions overlap, so please register for only one volunteer opportunity :) Q: Will we get a free ticket to the concert? A: When you sign up to volunteer you will not receive a ticket (seat) into the concert. Volunteers will serve in shifts, but we cannot promise a ticketed seat. You may end up standing in the back or in a seat with a limited view of the stage. Q: Do I have to arrive at the specified time? A: Volunteers will be checked in and escorted to your table promptly at the specified time on your volunteer ticket. There is mandatory training soon after, so be sure to allow time for parking and getting to the entrance. Please understand that if you arrive late to check-in time, we cannot guarantee entrance to the venue. You may also then be asked to purchase a ticket and stand in line until doors open to the public. Q: How late will I need to stay? A: We will need you for through intermission, and for tear down afterwards. We should be able to release you by 10pm. Q: Is there specific parking for volunteers? A: You will be responsible for parking. Please bring cash just in case, as we cannot waive these fees. Also, please allow enough time for parking and locating your designated entrance to the building (10-15 minutes). Q: Will food be provided? A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide food for everyone. Please plan to eat before or after your volunteer time. Q: Are masks required? A: YES! It takes a lot of moving parts to create a smooth, excellent touring experience out on the road. One of the most vital roles is the role of a volunteer!
