Dispatch/Driver Manager (Mesa) compensation: Competitive salary employment type: full-time Dispatch Assistant (Mesa AZ) Mesa transportation company is searching for a person to work in dispatch / driver management. This position requires a positive attitude and pleasant personality and an eagerness to learn. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Duties & Responsibilities: • Dispatch in day to day activities and develop a rapport with drivers. • Provide trip progress updates as required. • Manage and communicate with drivers in their daily truck delivery activities • Help out with the recruiting and payroll office when applicable. Skills Required: • Excellent communication skills are required. • MS Excel, Word and Outlook experience is a plus. • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail. • An overall positive work ethic is required.
