What you will be doing: -Mowing, trimming, pulling weeds, seasonal cleanup, and clearing snow for our customers -Completing your daily route efficiently providing work that meets Bundl standards -Ensure all of your actions are high quality, focused on service, and safe -Identify opportunities for Bundl to improve our services and business -Support our customers and members of our team with high accountability and low ego -Earn bonuses on successful customer and employee referrals - you earn more when we do! -Other necessary responsibilities as needed - we do what needs to get done! You might be a good fit if you have: -Some experience on a lawn care crew (or maintaining a lawn), landscaping, and/or snow removal -Desire to work outside and see the results of your work every day -Ambition, a strong work ethic, and desire to provide high quality service -Accountability to your customers, deliverables, and your teammates Requirements: -Reliable transportation to/from our shop in St. Bonifacius M-F -Submit and pass a background check -Authorized to work in the United States
