BACKYARD SOD, IRRIGATION AND DRAIN RUN OFF

I have a 35ftx30ft backyard and is currently in need of grading and sod along with irrigation. I have all of the sprinkler system materials and fittings to complete the job. I am looking for someone to install irrigation system, repair downspout and french drain plumbing which was damaged by the bobcat during concrete removal and backfill (approx. 4 inches in some spots) and grade to finish with sod. Yard is easily accessible by any equipmenr through full length driveway through 8' gate. Please communicate only via text message (408)513-5998.
