I have some roofing in need of repairs. Previous owner had finished off roofing without matching to existing roof. Also an addition was removed so the eaves and facades will need to be repaired/added. The long side is about 20' long and about 3' wide. The square area is about 9'x12'. Looking to have roofing matched to existing roofing and eaves/overhang repaired and a faceboard installed on the long side and unstuccoed wall. Would need to install gutters and downspout.
