Our company is seeking to fill the position of a Water & Fire Restoration support technician, responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation; who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. Primary Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: • Extract water from flooded structures. • Remove/Demo damaged materials as needed. • Setup of emergency services equipment. • Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed on site. • Ability to work in Mold Remediation and Floor Cleaning, content and structure cleaning. • On-call Weekend dispatch and Weekday afterhours. • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment & personal appearance. • Perform processes following Service Master Restoration guidelines per work order per crew chief directions on a daily basis. • Assist with the inventory of site contents and boxing. • Prepare contents for storage and lifting items into storage. • Spanish/English Speaker Preferred Please provide your phone number and email when applying for position
