Top 10 National Electrical Contractor is seeking a positive, outgoing person to join our Shipping and Receiving team! Job Summary: This position participates in all inbound and outbound shipments, maintains logs, and ensure quality and on time delivery. Essential Functions: • Responsible for pulling orders and loading trucks for work orders. • Multitask as needed. • Examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures. • Receive vendor deliveries in the warehouse; assuring that these are completed physically, and paperwork is completed and handed to manager in a timely and accurate manner. • Work with other departments on order fulfillment and logistics related issues and improvements. • Recognize, resolve, and correct discrepancies pertaining to the warehouse and IB/OB shipment related issues. • Follow all safety procedures. Skills Required: • Ability to understand and follow inbound/outbound processes from start to finish. • Ability to lift 50lbs, walk and stand for long periods of time. • Ability to work efficiently without constant management. • Ability to use a computer and software related to logistics. • Ability to compute and understand basic mathematical functions. • Excellent time management, organizational, verbal/written communication skills Compensation: • A Full-Time Stable Career Opportunity offering Competitive wages$$ • 10 Days of PTO & 7 Paid Holidays • Medical 100% Employer paid options with HAS contributions plus buy up options, Dental, Vision • Rich 401K Contributions with aggressive vested schedule Minimum Experience: 1 or more years’ experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control.
