Campbell based high tech startup company is looking for an experienced employee with Packing and Shipping experience. Working environment is quiet office.
Qualifications:
-must be proficient with Windows computers (knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus)
-experience in manufacturing is a major plus and having MRP experience (Shopkeeper, JobBoss, E2. etc.) is even better
-must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs
Specifically:
a/ pack the units per order.
b/ scan & record the SN of each units shipped
c/ create shipping labels according to shipping location and urgency.
d/ drop off the package at UPS or Fedex office.
e/ update the tracking number and cost in tracking sheet.
f/ inform customers on shipment details
g/ resolve with FedEx & UPS on shipment issue.
h/ support Finance on shipping cost estimate & related questions.
i/ help on inventory and other tasks as requested.
j/ order shipping supplies as needed
