Join us for a relaxing outdoor program that awakens the senses and restores the body by focusing on the eternal presence, beauty, and variety of plants. Behind the delicate fragrance and frail beauty of a flower is the tenacious life force of all plants. The secret to their success is their limitless capacity for change.
This program includes a 15-minute walk in the Norman Bird Sanctuary landscape followed by a guided meditation, breathing exercises, stretches and readings that involve natural elements. We will start and end in Mabel’s Garden, a historic garden where several native plants on the property have evolved over time.
