Join us for an authentic Swiss dining experience with all you can eat food, and all you can drink wine! When it comes to our events, the question we've been asked over and over is, "When is the next Raclette Dinner?!?" Here at Vom Fass, YOU have asked and WE have listened! We are very excited to announce plans for your choice of eight different evenings of all you can and eat and drink food and wine all prepared by the store's owners, Anita and Joe, to put the difficulties of the past year and a half behind us all and to once again gather together for a feast of food and community. If you've never been to one of our dinners in the past you might be wondering what to expect at one of these events. Though it's much easier to take part in than to describe, we'd have to say it is a multi-course meal prepared tableside by the attendee and enjoyed in a leisurely pace. Guests will be treated to such delicious fare as salad, gooey raclette cheese, a variety of meats cooked at the table, several side dishes, dessert, digestif, and bottomless refills of a selection of red and white wines. This is a hearty, all-you-can-eat-and-drink meal which is why we only host these events in the cooler months of the year when a feast of this magnitude helps to get you through the ever-shortening days. Each of these events is limited to just 24 people, as guests will be seated at one of three tables of 8 people gathered around a special Raclette grill. Each guests will top and melt their Raclette cheese to their desired level of gooey-ness under the grill's broiler, while cooking meat on the griddle top of the grill as well. The meal is done in a casual, family style setup while our staff replenishes side dishes and refills wine glasses. **PLEASE READ, VERY IMPORTANT**: Here at Vom Fass, the health and safety of our guests continues to be our number one priority. Since this event requires guests to be in close proximity to one another, we are requiring guests be fully vaccinated by the date of the event. If you do not feel comfortable being seated at a table with other attendees, we would not recommend one of these events at this time. ALL VOM FASS EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED. Tickets are $70 for this banquet of food and wine. Should you need to cancel your seats, as long as you request cancellation at least 72 hours before the event, we are happy to offer a full refund. We can't wait to have you back in the shop for one of our upcoming Authentic Swiss Raclette Dinners! We'll be adding a few more dates in January and February of 2022 as well!
