Description
A local construction company is looking for a Full-Time Experienced Carpenter with GENERAL carpentry experience. This candidate must be able to do the following:
1. Work independently, without supervision.
2. Be able to oversee an entry level carpenter.
3. Produce quality work.
4. Be able to measure, cut and assemble materials together in order to complete a variety of building projects, repairs and alterations in a timely manner.
5. Read blueprints.
6. Inspect damaged structures and recommend necessary repairs.
7. Be able to paint exterior structures.
8. Be able to use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
9. Follow safety rules and regulations in order to maintain a safe environment.
10. Be able to climb a ladder.
11. Be able to work on a roof.
12. Be on time.
13. Be dependable.
This candidate must have GENERAL carpentry experience.
