Description
The ideal candidate we are looking for must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry as a project manager or supervisor. The Production Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising all of our projects from inception to execution. You will be assigned to multiple projects at once and oversee both the project's work crews and the project's foreman/supervisor.
You will also be responsible for the following:
• Create and Manage Project Plans that Meet Both Budget & Schedule Expectations
• Facilitating Project & Site Permits
• Maintain Control of Schedule of Projects
• Maintain Quality Control, including Ordering and Managing Materials Lists
• Maintain All Safety Protocols for All Projects and Sites
• Manage and Maintain Customer and Vendor Relationships
• Identify All Project Scopes and Associated Risk Management
• Work in Collaboration with the Sales Department and its Employees
• Maintaining All Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, & Warehouse
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 Years in the Construction Industry as a Project Manager/Supervisor
• Minimum of 5 Years in Construction or Home Improvement
• Must Demonstrate an Extensive Knowledge of Reading Building and Architectural Plans
• Understand Building Codes & Proceedures
• Must Demonstrate an Extensive Knowledge of Construction Equipment & Tools
• Possess a Clear Understanding of Computer Programs, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc.
• Exceptional Verbal & Communications Skills, Both Internal & External
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must Demonstrate the Ability to Adapt to a Fast Paced Environment and Multi-Task
• Excellent Organizational Skills, Detailed Oriented, and Self-Motivating
• Demonstrate Leadership
