Builder needs a reliable, professional painting crew to prime and paint interior / exterior / doors / baseboard / crown molding. Able to patch minor drywall holes, able to caulk baseboards and crown. Must have experience and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
$1 per square foot for interior ($3,000 square foot house)
Flat fee to paint exterior
Flat fee for trim (base and crown)
Builder will supply paint (painters to provide other necessary materials)
