Tickets will include plenty of time to mix and mingle while you enjoy a pre-fixed, 3-course Filipino dinner and special surprises! Stick around as there's a good chance for an impromptu karaoke competition! TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE. SPECIAL AMFIL SPICE DINNER MENUGUESTS PICK ONE FROM EACH CATEGORY: APPETIZER- Vegetable lumpia (Crispy Filipino spring rolls with veggie filling) (V) - Ukoy (Shrimp fritters, battered + fried with shredded veggies) - Chicken siopao (Steamed bun with chicken filling) - Pork siopao (Steamed bun with pork filling) ENTREE (all come with white rice + vegetable pancit) - Chicken Adobo (Savory & sweet with a hint of tang - chicken simmered in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and spices) - BBQ Pork Skewers (Filipino-style barbecued pork, grilled on skewers) - Beef Tapa (Thinly sliced beef with soy and garlic marinade) - Sweet & Sour Fish (Filet of tilapia with a sweet & sour marinade) - Vegetable Kare Kare (Tofu, eggplant, & bokchoy in a peanut sauce with shrimp paste on the side) (V) DESSERT - Turon (Lumpia but make it dessert!
