I have a 5 Acre property that is NOT manicured! It's a knock it down, broad stroke job. I have a ride on mower, push mower, weed wacker, blowers, rakes, weed killer etc. I Need someone to mow, help get the gutters cleaned AND OTHER ODD JOBS! Basically a lotta misc stuff. I'll need someone 2-4x a month to do stuff. I need someone that can work independently or with me. If you're on the phone, smoke breaks every 15 mins and can't work except when someone's standing over you this job is NOT for you. If you have integrity, a good work ethic and can leave your phone in the car I pay CASH! If the ad is up I'm still weeding through peeps! I will reply to email within an hour. Last time I put this ad up with my # my phone it was blown up for weeks so I NEED YOU TO PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER IN THE REPLY! I cannot reply if that simple request is not done.
