How row vs wade distracts us from what matters

When considering if an abortion is ok why consider if there is or isn’t a heartbeat? murder is murder and though some may deserve to be murdered the defenseless don’t and those who are innocent don’t, those who never caused any trouble don’t. Those who have no choice but to depend 100% on us should be able to do so. I do believe single women should have more financial help with their babies. I do believe legal abortion is important. Maybe if the pregnant women had to go to court and let a jury decide if an abortion is necessary? Why is EVERYTHING illegal but the murder of the innocent ??????????????????
