Family Hike at The Schuylkill Center

Join Get Fresh Daily + The Schuylkill Center for the first of this FREE family event series. Be inspired, enjoy peace, and connect with family through mindfulness and nature in our city's backyard. This Fall, Get Fresh Daily will partner with the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education to host monthly family hikes the last Sunday of the month through November. The time is 10am-12pm. These beginner level hikes are appropriate for all ability levels, ages 6 and up. Programs begin with a short mindfulness session led by our very own Adriana Adele. To ensure everyone who wants to participate can go, bus transportation will be provided to and from the hiking site. The bus will depart from Freedom Greens + Gardens at 5200 Pine Street. These events are free and open to all, with priority going to families attending living in the following zip codes: 19143, 19139 and 19131. Tickets are limited.
