The Herrick House, an Assisted Living Facility on the campus of Beverly Hospital, is currently seeking candidates to work overnight (3rd) shift as a Resident Care Aide.   Applicants must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate.   In this role, you will assist residents with daily life functions such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc.  You will also assist in ambulation of residents to and from activities, the dining room, and other locations as needed. Ability to provide assistance to residents in a professional and caring manner is required. The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is required. The position requires frequent lifting of residents, bending, stretching, standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
