NORTH HAVEN — A North Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 2, Catherine Warren Ford, of North Haven purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from 195 State Street in North Haven and won $10,000.
