MILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, Chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, announced that Carl G. Russell has closed on the lease of more than 10,000 square feet at 1770 Boston Post Road. This retail space is the site of Milford's newest Dollar Tree Store, which opened in early August. This is the third Dollar Tree Store to open and operate simultaneously in the city. Russell represented the Landlord – Milford 1770 Real Estate, LLC. and 1770 BPR Associates, LLC., while the Tenant was represented by Jeffrey L. Nable of RIPCO Real Estate, LLC.
